In Bri we work with proximity products, and we change it according to the season. For that reason we create our weekly menu according to the availability of products that we have.
Consequently some weeks you can find, typical dishes from Mallorca, modernised by our special style, and with local varieties which are unknown for most of the people.
Our suppliers are the essence of our business. Without their products and quality service we couldn’t have the possibility to give a good product to our customers. For this reason we look after our farmers, and we search responsible businesses which are near us to evolve together to give a complete experience to our customers.
We work with farmers from Sa Pobla, Muro, Porreres,… and with different businesses which are respectful with the quality and the environment.
We want everybody to feel comfortable at Bri, for that reason we adapt our dishes to our customers needs. Our menu always has vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. We modify our recipes and search the best combinations to include our customers needs without leaving our essence.
We are always improving, in order to save water, energy, recycle,… Actions which are necessary for all the businesses but specially for us, because we want to be coherent with our environment politics, to fight against the climate change. We are the only restaurant in the Balearic Islands which takes care about that and give some of our income for efficiency energetic projects in underdeveloped countries.
At Bri we have the commitment to minimise our influence in the climate change, reducing the emissions produced by our activity. To get that goal, we are interested in proximity product, we care for the energetic efficiency, we buy green energy at Somenergia and optimize the water consumption, reduce the waste, and recycle as much as we can. Also we have our own active politics for reducing emissions, and we have our own strategy to avoid climate change, which made it possible for us to be a business, neutral in carbon according to the certification CleanCO2 for the last 10 years.
